Leadership in Healthcare Organizations

This course exposes the student to organizational leadership strategies and tactics as they apply to the healthcare organizations. Leadership methods are explained and explored with a focus on communications, delegation, perceptions of power, collaboration, oversight, mentoring, coaching, and tracking of performance, as well as session planning.
